As UX Lead and designer, I developed a design strategy for a platform allowing patients to pre-register from personal devices, streamlining the process for a smooth visit to Minute Clinic. Collaborating with various stakeholders I worked hard to create an experience that prioritized empathy for the millions of people relying on medical services at MinuteClinic.
