As UX Lead and designer, I developed a design strategy for a platform allowing patients to pre-register from personal devices, streamlining the process for a smooth visit to Minute Clinic. Collaborating with product and engineering leads, our team of UX designers, visual designers, content strategists, accessibility designers, and user researchers worked hard to create an experience that prioritized empathy for the millions of people relying on medical services at MinuteClinic.
